SCAM: paid for a reservation, location closed, filed a police report I paid in advance for a luggage storage reservation at this location. When I arrived during the stated opening hours, the place was closed — no staff, no signage, no way to reach anyone. I lost money for a service that was never provided. This is not an isolated mistake — it's a scam: they take payment for a service they don't deliver. I have filed a police report regarding this incident. Avoid this location. UPDATE: I contacted their support and was told they would 'investigate.' Since then, nothing has happened — no refund, no real update, just silence. They took payment for a service that was never actually available at that address, and instead of refunding it right away, they're stalling. If they knew (or should have known) the location wasn't operating as luggage storage, they shouldn't have taken the payment in the first place. At the very least, a legitimate company would refund immediately once the error is confirmed — not string customers along. SCAM!!!

The location is very central to where I needed to store my luggage. The owner of the establishment was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
