Outstanding service.

Very convenient. Suitcases are safely stored behind a door. You put a note with your name on your luggage and take a photo of what you're leaving behind.

They didn’t ask our booking reference at the check in and when we went to pick them up there was no safety cross check. He just open the door and let us pick the luggage’s. Finally it was everything ok but it didn’t feel that safe until the end.

Was easy to find, nice and polite staff. But it was a little bit concerning that we picked up our luggage by walking into the storage room to just take some bags. No checks who we were, if those bags really belong to us or even how many we were supposed to pick up. I mean, we dropped of two bags. I did not see any mechanism or procedure whatsoever that would have prevented us from picking up that other, really expensive looking luggage as a third bag.

La experiencia fue bien, check-in y check-out rápido (Radical Storage). No me dió mucha confianza que guarden las maletas en la recepción a la vista de todo el mundo (le doy una estrella menos por esto), pero personalmente no tuve ningún problema.
