The experience was fine, quick check-in and check-out (Radical Storage). I didn't have much confidence in the fact that they keep the luggage at the reception in full view of everyone (I give it one star less for this), but personally I didn't have any problems.

Great price and location to store our luggage for the day after coming off a cruise at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. Located in Lower Manhatten at a mid range hotel. Will certainly use again and recommend to others. Staff friendly too.

Easy to find the hotel. Easy to book on site. Found hotel easy. Handed bags over and took photo. Had to write our name and phone number on post it notes . Collection was a little chaotic. We were led to a room to help ourselves to our bags. No booking confirmation or name checked - so could have taken any bags! This very a bit risky as one of our bags is particularly nice.
