Amazing find in NYC!! I planned on storing at Amtrak's Moynihan station but they doubled their online posted price. I wanted to store my luggage and not drag it around Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry. The storage location was a short 4 mile walk from South Ferry. The person who assisted me was very friendly and took care of my bags while I explored...and I paid less than I would have with the originally posted Amtrak price!!

Easy and reasonable price. Luggage was locked in a secure room. No problems at all.

You'll go to a guy's barbershop and leave your luggage there. It feels sketchy and odd but he didn't do anything to the thing I left there so I can't really say anything bad. The guy also has his place registered for other luggage storage services so don't get freaked out. He'll also tell you to just give him 5 bucks if you haven't reserved online already so... that definitely feels sketchy.

The staff at the location were friendly and helpful! The location is safe and easily accessed. We also appreciated the offer of bathrooms and some time to cool off in the a/c on a super hot day.

Excellent. Super quick and easy. Just make sure it's between about 7am and 7pm.

Overall very good. Waited in line a bit to drop off and pick up. Maybe 10-15 minutes for each. But overall quite good and would do again.
