Reception lady is really nice, and the storage is kept in a clean and safe place. The only downside is that since this is my first time using this service, the place is not easy to locate, as I don't know that the storage place is actually located inside a hotel. Hope there are signs on the entrance, or photos on the app for me to refer to, so that is is easier for foreigners like me to locate.

A safe and secure location, even with the high extra demand due to the European football final on that day! However I do think that it could have been made clearer earlier that the storage facilities were inside a hotel - I initially looked for a 'Radical Storage' shop sign logo on one of the street buildings...
