Everything went perfectly. Nice service at the reception desk. Admittedly, there are no luggage lockers, but a separate room, locked - each bag has a piece of paper with a number and the same number is given to me to pick up my bag, backpack or suitcase. For me it was not a problem at all. It's great that you can use the hotel's restroom, it was very helpful. If I come to Wroclaw, I will use it again.
Wszystko poszło perfekcyjnie. Miła obsługa w recepcji. Co prawda, nie są to żadne skrytki bagażowe, tylko oddzielne pomieszczenie, zamykane na klucz - każdy bagaż ma kartkę z numerem i taki sam numer dostaje ja, żeby móc odebrać torbę, plecak czy walizkę. Dla mnie nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu. Świetnie, że można skorzystać z toalety hotelu, to było bardzo pomocne. Jeśli przyjadę do Wrocławia, to skorzystam ponownie.

The storage itself was fine and I had no issues once I got there. However, it was quite difficult to find the place. The building had no visible address and there was no sign indicating that the storage was located inside the hotel. I only found it by chance when I went into the hotel and asked at the reception. Clearer directions or signage would make the experience much easier.
