The booking online & drop off was great, the guy on the hotel reception desk scanned my QR code and took our bags but when we collected them later a different guy was there and he basically kept showing us various cases and bags asking “is this one yours?” “No? What about this one?” To be honest, it didn’t feel very secure. He didn’t even ask how many bags we had left, so we could have just taken whatever bags we wanted!!
