Very helpful and friendly staff, easy to find location (right in front of the entrance to the Syracuse station), and luggage was collected perfectly intact. Excellent price, we recommend it to anyone who wants to tour the city without the weight of their luggage.

Good service, there is a toilet, I was allowed to wait for the train in the air-conditioned foyer.

Very straightforward. Minimal hassle and they gave us directions in to the centre of town. Really well located right opposite the station.
