Contratei o serviço em Paris, mas como não utilizei, pedi o cancelamento e a emissão de um voucher, que utilizei em Pisa meses depois. Em todo processo fui bem atendida e ainda surpreendida pelo excelente atendimento.

Baggage was safe and store was easy to find. Only downside is we had to come back 40 mins earlier than expected. When I booked online, the opening hours stated the store would open till 7.30pm but we told on arrival it was 7pm and to be there earlier as the shop would be completely closed by that time. It left us waiting for the bus a little longer in the cold as it was a timed but to the airport.
