Quando sono arrivata, per lasciare la piccola trolley, c'era una signora sui 50 anni, che pretendeva che io pagassi in contanti 8€ che avevo già pagato online al momento della prenotazione. Quando sono tornata a ritirare il mio piccolo trolley, c'era un ragazzo, che mi ha detto tutto ok, non devo pagare niente di più. Per il resto tutto bene. Grazie

On the spot it turned out that we had to pay 4 euros extra and you can only use cash, strange, because on the site we chose the correct option. We did not have the time and strength to argue, so we just left the suitcase. We didn't get any confirmation, at collection we showed a photo of our suitcase and that was it, also without confirmation or anything. Quite strange, but better than walking around with the suitcase all day.

Na miejscu okazało się, że musimy dopłacić 4 euro i można tylko gotówką, dziwne, bo na stronie wybraliśmy poprawną opcję. Nie mieliśmy czasu i siły żeby się kłócić, więc po prostu zostawiliśmy walizkę. Nie dostaliśmy żadnego potwierdzenia, przy odbiorze pokazaliśmy zdjęcie naszej walizki i tyle, tez bez potwierdzenia ani nic. Dość dziwne, ale lepsze to niż chodzenie z walizką cały dzień.
