Great customer service

這是我存放行李的最佳選擇，因為我的airbnb的辦理登機手續時間，但我遇到了電子郵件確認中說明的時間問題。行李寄存地點時間在周末和工作日有所不同，所以由於Radical Storage說的錯誤時間，我無法拿到行李。除此之外，客戶服務聊天非常好！即使是行李寄存員工也很優秀。他們非常有禮貌的歡迎。如果Radical Storage發布了正確的時間，我會再次服務。

This was the best option to store my luggage because of my check-in time for my airbnb but I encountered an issue with the times that were stated in my email confirmation. The luggage drop off location time were different on weekends and weekdays so because of the wrong time stated by Radical Storage, I was not able to get my luggage. Besides all of that, customer service chat was excellent! Even the luggage drop off employees were excellent as well. They were very courteous welcoming. I would do service again if Radical Storage posted the correct times.
