This was the best option to store my luggage because of my check-in time for my airbnb but I encountered an issue with the times that were stated in my email confirmation. The luggage drop off location time were different on weekends and weekdays so because of the wrong time stated by Radical Storage, I was not able to get my luggage. Besides all of that, customer service chat was excellent! Even the luggage drop off employees were excellent as well. They were very courteous welcoming. I would do service again if Radical Storage posted the correct times.
