When we first came to Rio, we went directly to Radical lugage storage. There was a guy who couldn’t speak english, but he helped us by taking our bags, no apps, no reservation, just a helpful men. A week after we were early for our flight back, and we wanted to take our bags there for 3 hours, so we could walk free. Unfortunately there was an arrogant girl, she spoke english, but she didn’t want to help, she rude, she said we should make a reservation, but the app wasn’t working, she had space, but she didnt want to. Fun fact she was the only unhelpful person in all our 11 day experience in RIO.

Super rápido y fácil, nos permitieron cambiarnos allí, usar el baño y llevar un equipaje inusualmente grande, algunos objetos rebosaban las bolsas. Recogida y depósito inmediato, fácil.

It was a great experience. Safe and secure. There is a possibility to change as well. Overall, highly recommended.

Demoró en venir a atendernos la señora y tenia que sacarle foto una por una a las maletas pero en general el servicio fue bueno y seguro.
