When we first came to Rio, we went directly to Radical lugage storage. There was a guy who couldn’t speak english, but he helped us by taking our bags, no apps, no reservation, just a helpful men.
A week after we were early for our flight back, and we wanted to take our bags there for 3 hours, so we could walk free. Unfortunately there was an arrogant girl, she spoke english, but she didn’t want to help, she rude, she said we should make a reservation, but the app wasn’t working, she had space, but she didnt want to. Fun fact she was the only unhelpful person in all our 11 day experience in RIO.
