皇后西街/巴瑟斯特街 行李寄存

Convenient place to leave my bag for a few hours. Right next to Grand Central. I appreciated that they asked for my barcode to confirm it was me when I picked up my bag.

All the process was very easy start from bag drop-off & pick-up

A guy at the shop is very kind and helpful. He told me that I booked the storage at the other shop nearby which is permanetly closed. First I was so upset with the Radical Storage why it didn't remove inactive partner out of its booking platform. After messaging with its super responsive call center, they apologied and offered to look for another shop nearby. I told them to change my booking to the shop nearby. I have got new booking email for the service at the shop in no time. 👍

Nice and easy luggage drop. Collected a few hours later, all safe and secure. Definitely recommend.

Owner was friendly, luggage not locked up but supervised all the time. No issues at all. Easy to book.

The post office staff was very helpful and the storing procedures were easy. Recommend to use.
