服务很周到，但第二次，我去晚了 10 分钟，因为应该在晚上 11:59 之前结账，他们不让我退房，除非改天再付钱，因为一切都很复杂。因此，系统中应该有更多的灵活性。不过，工作人员和多伦多奥古斯塔街的工作人员都非常好，他们在下班后尽力解决了这个问题。如果我及时赶到，一切都会很完美，只是有时在国外旅行会遇到意想不到的事情。

Helpful service, however the second time, I go late overnight 10 minutes, as the check was supposed to be before 11:59 pm, and they wouldn't let me check out unless paying another day, as everything was complicated. So there should me more flexibility in the system. However the staff and Augusta St. in Toronto were super nice and did the best they could to resolve the issue after hours. Everything would have been perfect though if I would have been in time, it's just sometimes there are unexpected things happening traveling in a foreign town.
