I was initially hesitant about using a local business rather than a standardized locker, but the "Angel" near Waverley was superb—it was a small, high-end gift shop. The staff handled my luggage with great care, securing it immediately behind the counter in a staff-only area, confirming their commitment to security. The ease of the booking process, from search to checkout, was phenomenal; the fact I didn't have to measure or weigh my oddly shaped bags was a massive bonus after dealing with airline restrictions. This affordable, trust-backed model is precisely what the modern traveler needs. Five stars for convenience, security, and exceptional partner service.

We were worried sick about our bags, honestly. We had a six hour layover at Port Authority before jumping on a regional bus and we really wanted to squeeze in a quick trip to Times Square, but who wants to do that with four bags? Not us. Radical Storage was a lifesaver, the booking was instant and we got confirmation instantly to our email. The local hardware store that was the Angel had a dedicated secure back room for the bags, and the staff was super friendly when we picked them up right before our departure. It was so much better than trying to find a locker that was big enough for all our stuff this flat rate system is genius and the included insurance gave us total peace of mind for our electronics.
