Excellent storage facilities .. the owner was very kind and helpful … highly recommend him to any travellers !

Our experience was really positive. I was on a school trip with over 20 kids, all with 23 kg cases… Mr SIMMs was lovely and helped us enormously.. my case broke and he let me open it and try to fix it without worrying about his customers … very helpful and if we go back to Windsor we shall certainly use him again! Really pleased we used this service. The staff in the shop were friendly and accommodating ,and the bags were kept in a safe place away from the shop floor.

To begin with we thought it was a little strange to be leaving our luggage in a shop, but when we got there the owner was so lovely and we were happy to leave our belongings there. We were reassured that our luggage was left in a secure locked room. They were also really accommodating when we booked to add more bags than originally thought. All in all a smooth experience that got rid of any worry.

Location on Peascod Street is really handy to Windsor Castle and central train station. Staff in shop very helpful as well. Would highly recommend!
