정말 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 20명이 넘는 아이들과 함께 학교 견학을 갔는데, 아이들 모두 23kg짜리 여행 가방을 들고 있었죠… 심스 씨는 정말 친절하셨고 저희에게 큰 도움을 주셨습니다. 제 가방이 고장 났을 때, 고객에 대한 걱정 없이 제가 직접 가방을 열어 고쳐보도록 허락해 주셨어요… 정말 큰 도움이 되셨고, 만약 윈저에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다! 감사합니다, 심스 씨

Our experience was really positive. I was on a school trip with over 20 kids, all with 23 kg cases… Mr SIMMs was lovely and helped us enormously.. my case broke and he let me open it and try to fix it without worrying about his customers … very helpful and if we go back to Windsor we shall certainly use him again! Thank you Mr Simms

Really pleased we used this service. The staff in the shop were friendly and accommodating ,and the bags were kept in a safe place away from the shop floor.

처음에는 짐을 가게에 맡기는 게 조금 이상하다고 생각했지만, 현장에 도착해 보니 주인분이 정말 친절하셔서 기꺼이 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 짐이 안전하게 잠긴 방에 보관된다는 말을 듣고 안심이 되었습니다. 또한, 예약 시 원래 계획했던 것보다 가방을 더 추가하려고 했을 때도 정말 배려해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 모든 과정이 순조로워 걱정할 필요가 전혀 없었습니다.

To begin with we thought it was a little strange to be leaving our luggage in a shop, but when we got there the owner was so lovely and we were happy to leave our belongings there. We were reassured that our luggage was left in a secure locked room. They were also really accommodating when we booked to add more bags than originally thought. All in all a smooth experience that got rid of any worry.

피스코드 스트리트에 위치한 이곳은 윈저 성과 중앙 기차역에서 정말 가까운 곳에 있습니다. 매장 직원분들도 매우 친절하구요. 강력히 추천합니다!

Location on Peascod Street is really handy to Windsor Castle and central train station. Staff in shop very helpful as well. Would highly recommend!
