The website advertises this as “secure storage” with luggage kept in a staff-only area, but in reality the suitcases were stored outside in a locked cage area with no proper rain coverage or visible supervision. When we arrived, it was raining, and anyone with a fabric/material suitcase should be aware there’s nothing guaranteeing your luggage stays dry. There was also no prior information stating that the luggage would be kept outdoors rather than inside a monitored storage room.
