웹사이트에서는 직원 전용 구역에 짐을 보관하는 '안전한 보관소'라고 광고하고 있지만, 실제로는 비를 피할 수 있는 적절한 덮개나 감독자가 보이지 않는 잠금 케이지 구역에 여행 가방을 보관하고 있었습니다. 저희가 도착했을 때는 비가 내리고 있었고, 패브릭/소재 여행 가방을 가지고 계신 분이라면 짐이 건조하게 유지된다는 보장이 없다는 것을 알고 계셨을 겁니다. 또한 수하물이 감시가 이루어지는 보관실 내부가 아닌 야외에 보관된다는 사전 정보도 없었습니다.

The website advertises this as “secure storage” with luggage kept in a staff-only area, but in reality the suitcases were stored outside in a locked cage area with no proper rain coverage or visible supervision. When we arrived, it was raining, and anyone with a fabric/material suitcase should be aware there’s nothing guaranteeing your luggage stays dry. There was also no prior information stating that the luggage would be kept outdoors rather than inside a monitored storage room.

It was quick, easy and fast. Just had to show the QR code before dropping off the luggage and when picking up. Great find, thank you!
