流程超级简单快捷。他们提前告知我那里是健身中心，这点很贴心。感觉我的行李很安全。那里的工作人员都很专业，知道该怎么做。进出时都会核对我的二维码。下次还会选择他们。

Super easy and fast process. Nice they told me the place was a fitness center. Felt like my bags were secure. The people there knew what they were supposed to do. Checked my QR code coming and going. Would use them again.

Storage location is fine although it is on a busy street. Staff there at the Fitness center were very considerate and welcoming. But they had no responsibility for reservations for storage. You failed to send me a confirmation email with a QR code so I had to really search my phone to find it. If I had not found it, no one at the facility had been trained in how to recover the code. It was very dicey and nerve-wracking for a while with our Lyft driver blocking traffic waiting for us. Not good.

Super convenient and a great location! The staff was also super friendly. Helped us get more out of our trip to Savannah after checking out but before we needed to go to the airport. Would definitely use again.
