店员非常热情。这家店起初不太好找。需要在车站入口处楼梯底下的有轨电车站下车，右侧有一条通往地下商场的通道，那里有一座喷泉。这家店就在右侧，还提供银行货币兑换服务。

Personnel très accueillant. La boutique n'est pas évidente à trouver au départ. Il faut descendre à l'arrêt de tram qui est au pied de l'escalier à l'entrée de la gare, sur la droite il y a un accès à la galerie en sous sol, il y a une fontaine. La boutique est sur la droite, elle fait aussi du change bancaire.

This was a convenient place to store our luggage securely while we waited for our room and explored the area. The staff was friendly. It is also a great place to pick up a few groceries and supplies!

Great experience! The place was easy to find, it is a gift shop but they keep the bags in the back. No other customer has access to them or other people booking through these types of websites. They were cordial and friendly both at check in and check out. It's straight across from Penn Station so that was great! Great for a day trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!
