My qr code was not scanned, neither in nor out. I would say this has happened on 80% of the times I have used Radical Storage. This is not safe, as it gives the customer no guarantee. Small shops and businesses are the worst, in my experience, and the owners or workers something do not even speak decent English so it's hard to point out to them this is not how it should be done. Please be stricter.
