I was initially skeptical about the location since it was close to Skid Row but Ali, the baggage hold person was reassuring and even allowed me to take his picture, after handing over my bags. Later, I picked them up earlier than planned and had no issues. I recommend this location for safety and professionalism.

Absolutely no issues, exactly as advertised. Showed the QR code when dropping off, they photographed our luggage, then showed it again at pickup. 5/5 service.
