I booked storage for two bags via the Radical Storage app and had no issues checking them in or retrieving them three hours later. The location is a small convenience store directly across from Rovereto station, which is quite convenient. Before booking, I checked the store’s schedule and also confirmed with Radical Storage customer service that they do not close for a lunch break (except on Fridays). The store is run by a single clerk, and when we arrived to pick up our bags, the clerk happened to be in the back while our bags were left behind the counter. Because of that, I’d advise caution if you’re concerned about security. Overall, though, it was a reliable and practical service.

The location is very close to the train station (3 min walk) and very convenient. Our luggage were in exactly the same condition as we left them. Drop off and pick were very easy and quick. Most importantly, the staff are very kind and nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
