Me and a friend booked a large locker through the website, and they confirmed the order. Then, when we got to the locker, they told us large lockers were not available so we had to leave our luggages and backpacks in the office. We were a bit unsure because it didn’t feel very safe compared to a closed locker. We picked up our luggage at the end of the day, and everything was fine. Just wish they would have told us before… since we paid £10 for a large locker and didn’t get one… Good location and open 24/7

Do cinque stelle perché tutto è andato bene, buon deposito. Al check in siamo stati trattati abbastanza male la persona che ci ha accolto era molto scocciata e nervosa, al check out invece c'era una persona molto più gentile ed accogliente che addirittura ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli fuori.

The location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the museum, and I felt comfortable leaving our luggage there thanks to the vetting process and money coverage provided by Radical Storage. Unfortunately, the customer service from the shopkeeper who also handles the luggage storage really let the experience down. He was clearly having an off day. He was rude, made no eye contact, and would mumble instructions at us before becoming visibly irritated when we hadn’t understood what he had said. When we returned to collect our bags, we then stood waiting for around 20 minutes, despite there being no actual queue, while he allowed other customers visiting the shop to be served ahead of us. Overall, the location and security provided by Radical Storage were excellent, but the poor attitude and lack of customer service from the shopkeeper made the experience less pleasant than it should have been. 4 stars for the convenience and storage service, with 1 star deducted for the poor customer service and attitude.
