Lieu idéal pour laisser ses bagages, même si ce n’est pas directement en gare mais dans un petit hôtel à proximité immédiate. Prendre la sortie Arcella et non la sortie principale, qui est à quelques mètres à peine de l’hôtel derrière la gare. Personnel de l’hôtel très disponible, compétent et souriant.

Easy to find and drop luggage off. Staff attended immediately and it was put securely away behind a staff-only door. They informed us of their opening hours for collection. We were seen immediately again on returning to collect our luggage. Excellent service!

Nice location, no stairs. It’s close to metro station, only a few stops going to Brussels Midi Station. You don’t have to roll your luggages over cobble road. The staff is nice and friendly.
