Check in was easy and pleasant. I felt safe leaving my luggage there. Would use again. Thank you! One thing to note: two separate Uber drivers tried dropping us off at a different location - apparently to another street with the same name. I’m not sure what the glitch is, but maybe verify before hand when getting dropped off that your destination is behind Long Street, near the Iziko South African Museum, even if you’ve entered the correct destination.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the process was very smooth. The only issue we faced was wrong location on the map yet we called them and they were very responsive and helpful
