This was quick and easy. I paid online, went to the location, showed the code, they took a picture of our luggage. When we went to pick it up, they scanned our code. And brought it out. They were quick and pleasant. If we are in the area again I will definitely use them.

I was initially skeptical about the location since it was close to Skid Row but Ali, the baggage hold person was reassuring and even allowed me to take his picture, after handing over my bags. Later, I picked them up earlier than planned and had no issues. I recommend this location for safety and professionalism.
