Excellent service, just a couple of minutes walk from Paddington station very polite staff at the store took a photo of our luggage and stored them safe safely for us to spend the day in London. Went to collect them and they were promptly delivered. No damage safe and secure. Would highly recommend using this service and definitely will use it again ourselves thank you.

Finding this luggage storage was incredibly easy, and the location is perfect if you are around the London Train Station. The staff interaction was amazing, and the drop-off took only a minute. I felt completely safe about the security of my bags and loved exploring the city hands-free. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Everything went very smoothly. The staff were very easy to communicate with. It can be a little difficult to find the exact spot since it is inside a cafe (Cafe Sunflower) and there are no signs.

Aucun problème. La personne qui nous a reçues était souriante, rapide. Petit souci (qui n est pas en relation avec l acceuil) un peu difficile à trouver (pas de numéro de rue....)

Super easy and fast drop off plus an easy walk to the train station. Pick up was equally easy. I highly recommend Radical Storage at the Hotel Boccaccio location.
