Fantastic service - I accidentally booked it twice, contacted them immediately while walking around Trieste, and received a polite, helpful reply and refund within minutes. The men in the shop where I stored my suitcase were also great. With only a few hours between buses, I certainly had a better time exploring without lugging my suitcase around!
