Quick and easy process -- just scanned a QR code and registered my bags online, then handed them over to the kind staff. He got them tagged and scanned into their system, and then it was just as easy to come and pick them up afterwards. My bags were kept safe and nothing went missing

I was initially skeptical about the location since it was close to Skid Row but Ali, the baggage hold person was reassuring and even allowed me to take his picture, after handing over my bags. Later, I picked them up earlier than planned and had no issues. I recommend this location for safety and professionalism.
