在线预订并支付这项服务非常便捷。虽然把行李寄存在后巷的小便利店有点令人困惑，但整个过程都很顺利。我们去吃晚饭，回来时行李都完好无损地取回了。

It was very convenient to book and pay for this service online. It was a bit confusing to be leaving out bags at a small convenience store out the back but it all went well. We went off to dinner and came back and collected our bags all safe and sound.

Great location, super close to metro that takes you to the airport. Very friendly gentleman and it look like the bags were kept in very secure place.

I used Radical Storage to store my suitcase for our last day visiting Rome, and it’s honestly the best thing to do. This Hotel is the nearest around Colloseum to dispose of such services, the staff is fluent in English, and it’s only 6€/suitcase a day. Just to let you know how to access cause it’s in a Orange square shaped building with no ads on it ; just look at the bell rings and there is “Maximus”, it’s the hotel one.

这家店叫Bistro 49，谷歌地图显示的位置不准确。它就在汽车站隔壁的街道上。总之到了那里后，工作人员要求我出示确认单，我展示后他们让我把行李放在角落里，我照做了。回来时发现行李原封不动地放在原处，我很满意。另外预订时系统强制要求购买3.50欧元的保险，没有拒绝选项，预订时请注意。除此之外没有其他问题。行李保管完好，如果再到该地区会再次使用。实际体验非常完美。

The place is called Bistro 49 and Google doesn't show the correct location. It's the street over the bus station. Anyway, got there and was asked for the confirmation, showed it and they asked me to leave the bags in a corner which I did. When I got back the bags were in the same spot untouched so I was happy. Also when you book, it forces you to take insurance for €3.50. There's not an opt out option so be aware when booking. Other than than, no complaints. My bags were fine and would use them again if I'm ever in the area. It actually worked out perfectly.

Great location and safe to leave bags. Really helpful staff. Stayed for a coffee to charge phones and it’s a great cafe which is a bonus!
