The storage location was nice. The booking was easy to manage and the location was easy to find. The only problem i had was with the staff at the storage that didn’t scanned the qr code so my booking remained active until midnight that day and then showed as experied the day after even though my luggage was stored. He said there’s no need to scan the code.

The actual service was fine. The platform... terrible. While the FAQ's will tell you that you may change your booking anytime before drop off, this is not true. You have to reach out to an assistant either on the phone or online and then they tell you to book another location and then they will refund the old booking causing additional exchange issues. Secondly I tried to reduce the booking from 4 to 3 bags no avail, in person or online. They said nothing they could do! Go with Bounce!

It wasn’t storage lockers it was what appeared to be an estate agent office and our luggage was just left in the main office. There were x15 of us so a lot of luggage in a small space. We had no issues, all our luggage was there and safe at the end of the day but it wasn’t as advertised as storage lockers.

Anmeldung online sehr einfach und problemlos. Nach dem bezahlen wurde aber nicht exakt das Geschäft beschrieben, wo das Gepäck abgegeben werden sollte. Wir mussten jemanden fragen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung absolut problemlos.
