보관소 위치는 좋았습니다. 예약 관리도 간편했고 위치도 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 유일한 문제는 보관소 직원이 QR 코드를 스캔하지 않아서, 짐은 이미 보관되어 있었음에도 불구하고 예약이 그날 자정까지 유효한 상태로 유지되었다가 다음 날 만료된 것으로 표시된 점이었습니다. 직원은 코드를 스캔할 필요가 없다고 말했습니다.

The storage location was nice. The booking was easy to manage and the location was easy to find. The only problem i had was with the staff at the storage that didn’t scanned the qr code so my booking remained active until midnight that day and then showed as experied the day after even though my luggage was stored. He said there’s no need to scan the code.

서비스 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 플랫폼은… 정말 최악이었습니다. 자주 묻는 질문(FAQ)에는 수하물 위탁 전이라면 언제든지 예약을 변경할 수 있다고 나와 있지만, 사실은 그렇지 않습니다. 전화나 온라인으로 담당자에게 문의해야 하는데, 담당자는 다른 지점에서 다시 예약하라고 안내한 뒤 기존 예약에 대해 환불해 준다고 해서 추가적인 환불 문제가 발생합니다. 둘째, 수하물 개수를 4개에서 3개로 줄이려고 했지만, 직접 방문하거나 온라인으로 시도해도 소용이 없었습니다. 담당자는 어쩔 도리가 없다고만 했습니다!

The actual service was fine. The platform... terrible. While the FAQ's will tell you that you may change your booking anytime before drop off, this is not true. You have to reach out to an assistant either on the phone or online and then they tell you to book another location and then they will refund the old booking causing additional exchange issues. Secondly I tried to reduce the booking from 4 to 3 bags no avail, in person or online. They said nothing they could do! Go with Bounce!

보관함이 아니라 부동산 중개사무소로 보이는 곳에 짐을 맡겼고, 저희 짐은 사무실에 그대로 두었습니다. 저희는 15명이었기 때문에 좁은 공간에 짐이 많았어요. 아무 문제 없이 모든 짐을 안전하게 보관할 수 있었지만 보관함처럼 광고한 것과는 달랐습니다.

It wasn’t storage lockers it was what appeared to be an estate agent office and our luggage was just left in the main office. There were x15 of us so a lot of luggage in a small space. We had no issues, all our luggage was there and safe at the end of the day but it wasn’t as advertised as storage lockers.

온라인 등록은 매우 쉽고 문제없이 진행되었습니다. 하지만 결제 후 짐을 맡길 정확한 가게가 설명되어 있지 않았습니다. 그래서 직원에게 물어봐야 했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 절차는 전혀 번거로움이 없었습니다.

Anmeldung online sehr einfach und problemlos. Nach dem bezahlen wurde aber nicht exakt das Geschäft beschrieben, wo das Gepäck abgegeben werden sollte. Wir mussten jemanden fragen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung absolut problemlos.
