Straightforward booking process and location easy to find. Owner received our bags easily, provided a written paper receipt to present on our return and we collected the bags without issue a few hours later. Very convenient for Roma Termini station (where the left luggage queue was very long!) so we were happy to have chosen here to leave our bags.
