Good 15 mins away from the Basel Hbf by bus

Storage location was the back room of a shop, so I was glad that I had a lock on my suitcase. But everything was fine and went smoothly. My only complaint would be that Radical Storage charges you extra 3€ if you can't deliver your bag to the location at the exact times they list - which has no reason as the shop could have taken the bag at any time. So it's just a way for Radical Storage to easily get additional money out of you.

Everything went Perfectly. Left my luggage here in the shop, came after 4 hours to pick them up absolutely no problem. I even forgot my umbrella there came back after 4 days to.puck it up it was in the exact spot where i lost it .

The staff at the store were polite and friendly, so I felt comfortable leaving my luggage with them.
