It would be appreciated if the store's owner would be a little more friendly. She asked to take a picture of the baggages before the drop off and when we came back to pickup. She didn't check the QR code at all. It looks like she is there not for working but to do you a favour. 3 stars only because when we came back at least the baggages were there.

Storage location was easy to find, staff was friendly.

An der gebuchte Unterbringung was niemand anzutreffen. Als ich den Anbieter angeschrieben habe und das Problem geschildert habe wurde mir sofort eine alternative Adresse in der Nähe genannt, bei der ich mein Gepäck abgeben kann. Das was nur zwei Straßen weiter.Die Firma hat sich super darum gekümmert. Auch die Unterbringung war ok, habe mein Gepäck gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

The baggage stay in the shop without any lock. We luckily received it safly back.
