The luggage storage is in a store and not marked on the outside. I asked the lady working she confirmed. Dropped off bags and picked up a few hours later no problems at all . Very easy and 2 minutes from Gare de l'est.

Great luggage storage service! It was especially convenient that they were open on Sundays, with opening hours from early morning until late in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was quick and easy. I would definitely use this service again!

It would be appreciated if the store's owner would be a little more friendly.
She asked to take a picture of the baggages before the drop off and when we came back to pickup. She didn't check the QR code at all.
It looks like she is there not for working but to do you a favour.
3 stars only because when we came back at least the baggages were there.
