The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The luggage storage process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. She also took the time to share useful tips about staying safe and getting around São Paulo. Straightforward booking process and location easy to find. Owner received our bags easily, provided a written paper receipt to present on our return and we collected the bags without issue a few hours later. Very convenient for Roma Termini station (where the left luggage queue was very long!) so we were happy to have chosen here to leave our bags.
