Reservations are a must~ Since it's just a service provided by the supermarket, I walked right past it thinking it wasn't a storage facility lol. I was a little worried, but they took excellent care of our belongings!! They are very kind :)

This was the easiest process. Made the reservation on line. Walked in, scanned my QR code, took a photos and we were on our way. 3 bags within 2 blocks of Penn Station NYC was less than $30. When we returned to retrieve them, scanned the QR code, got my luggage and was on my way to meet the train. No hassles of having to return to the hotel. Very convenient. Easy and cheap service. Close enough to the station. The people who worked there were nice and it was very smooth. The only thing is, it was very hard to find. I was walking around for 10 minutes. It is inside THE BIKE SHOP. Also you have to book online, you can’t just show up I don’t think.

We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel, walked to the Japanese garden and the planetarium, and then went back to pick up our bags. Everything was perfect.
