They’re quick and efficient; the only thing I didn’t like was that, before I booked, Google said the journey would take 5–6 minutes, but once you’ve booked, they give you the address and it actually took 16 minutes. Given that you’re lugging your suitcases around, I think that’s an important detail. Everything else was fine.

Son rápidos y eficientes,lo único que no me gustó fue que en Google previo a contratar ponía que la distancia eran 5/6 minutos y una vez que contratas,te pasan la dirección y eran 16 minutos. Teniendo en cuenta que vas cargado con las maletas, me parece un detalle importante. Lo demás bien.

It's an Eroski supermarket. It's very close to Chamartín Station (you can't miss it) in a nice area. The service is perfect. You show the QR code from your reservation email, they pick up your luggage, and you're on your way. To pick up your luggage, you show the QR code, they give you your bags, and you're on your way. I have no complaints. Everything's fine.

Es un supermercado Eroski. Está muy próximo estación Chamartín (sin pérdida) en una buena zona. La atención es perfecta. Enseñas código QR del correo de la reserva, te recogen las maletas y te vas. Para recoger enseñas código QR, te dan maletas y te vas. No tengo queja. Todo ok.
