When we arrived, the person in charge of the store wasn’t there, and we waited 15 minutes in the blazing sun. It says the luggage storage is open until 10 p.m., but we had to come pick up our bags early because it closed at 9:40 p.m. The result: we paid for 30 minutes for nothing. I’ll go to a different store next time, even though the man was friendly in the end—but the delay without an apology and the early closing are deal-breakers.

A notre arrivée la personne responsable de la boutique n’etait pas là et nous avons attendu 15 min en plein soleil. Il est indiqué que la consigne est ouverte jusqu'à 22h mais nous avons venir récupérer les bagages avant l’heure car il fermait à 21h40. Résultat des courses 30min payées pour rien. Je passerai par une autre boutique une prochaine fois même si le monsieur etait sympathique au final mais le retard sans présenter d'excuses et la fermeture anticipée sont redhibitoire.

It was hard to find.the adress it is in a.mans shop nice man checked us in . When collecting luggage their was no check and found this very unsatisfactory, anybody ciuld tske a bag by mistake.

The principle is very good, luggage is quickly dropped off and picked up, except when the drop-off point when you arrive at the door is closed, so you lose almost an hour, even if assistance was quick to find us another address.

Le principe est très bien ,les bagages sont vite déposés et récupérés,sauf quand le lieu de dépose quand on arrive devant la porte est fermé, résultat presque une heure de perdue même si l'assistance a bien réagi pour nous trouver une autre adresse.
