Smooth service. They made us drop it and collect it from upstairs, not the greatest service. This also leaves luggage at risk of theft damage from other customers going up

It was correct and close to the station, but the storage place is the top of the store. The staff is polite. You have to go up yourself to drop off/pick up luggage and no one supervises.
Estuvo correcto y cerca de la estación, pero el lugar de almacenamiento es la parte superior de la tienda. El personal te atiende con educación. Tienes que subir tu misma a dejar/recoger el equipaje y nadie supervisa

Had a decent experience for a quick stay in Amsterdam, the staircase to the storage room was a bit tricky tho, very tight and steep. There were no lockers just a storage room in the upstairs of a phone repair store but since the employees are always present it felt safe.
