무거운 가방을 들고 먼 길을 걸어갔는데, 가게 주인에게 그곳이 어디냐고 물었더니 그런 곳은 없다고 하더군요. 게다가 많은 관광객들이 이런 식으로 사기를 당한다고도 들었습니다. ‘무료 취소 및 환불’이라고 되어 있지만 사실은 그렇지 않아서 돈을 돌려받을 수가 없습니다. 돈과 시간을 낭비하지 마세요.

we walked a long way with our heavy bags just to ask a shop owner where it is and be told it doesnt exist, we were also told many tourists get scammed by this, it says free cancellation and refund but this is not the truth and we cannot get our money back. dont waste your money or time.

그냥 사기예요. 짐을 맡기려고 16유로를 냈는데, 걸어서만 갈 수 있다고 하더니 실제로는 그런 곳조차 없더라고요. 돈 아끼세요. 환불해 주세요.

just a scam. we paid 16 euros to store our luggage says its open only to walk there and it not even exist. save your money. i want a refund.

서비스가 정말 훌륭했어요!! 교통 체증 때문에 영업 종료 시간 직후에 도착했는데, 그래도 짐을 찾을 수 있게 배려해 주셨어요 ????

Great service!! We arrived just after closing hours because of traffic and they arranged we could still get our luggage ????

최고의 경험은 아니었습니다. 온라인으로 건당 5유로에 예약했는데 괜찮았어요. 입구가 두 군데나 있었기 때문에 위치 안내가 좀 더 자세했으면 좋았을 것 같아요. 도착했을 때 '곧 돌아올 것'이라는 표지판이 있어서 잠시 기다렸다가 안내된 번호로 전화를 걸었습니다. 한 남자가 나타나서 옆에 있는 다른 문을 가리켰어요. 이 문도 잠겨 있었지만 그는 이미 나간 뒤였습니다. 다시 전화했더니 옆에 있는 관광 안내소에 맡기라고 하더군요. 합의가 된 거죠. 픽업은 괜찮았어요.

Not the best experience. We booked online for €5 per case, fine. Instructions on location could do with more detail as there were 2 different entrances. When we arrived, there was a sign saying 'be back soon' we waited for a while, then called the number provided. A guy turned up and pointed us to another door around the side. This was also locked but he'd already left. We called back and he told us to leave it next door at the tourist information centre. They have an agreement. Pick up was ok.
