결국 서비스는 정말 원활하게 진행되어 빌라 블레드(Villa Bled)를 방문할 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 개선이 필요한 두 가지 사항이 있습니다. 첫째, 일요일 아침이라 식당이 아직 문을 열지 않았고, 옆에 있는 이름이 다른 베이커리/아침 식사 전문점이 같은 소유주인 것이 명확하지 않아 위치를 찾는 데 다소 어려움이 있었습니다. 둘째, 가격 표기가 다소 오해의 소지가 있었습니다. “3.50유로부터”라고 되어 있었지만, 예약 과정에서 가방 1.5개에 15유로로 변경되었습니다.

The service worked really well in the end and allowed me to visit the Villa Bled. Staff were very friendly. Two points for improvement: First, finding the location was not straightforward as the restaurant hadn't yet opened on a Sunday morning and it was unclear that the differently named bakery/breakfast place next door was under the same ownership. Second, the pricing is a bit misleading 'from €3.50' turned into €15 for 1.5 bags during the booking process.

버스 정류장 바로 옆에 있어서 보관 장소가 편리했습니다. 다만 보관실 자체는 문에 자물쇠가 없어서 그다지 안전하다고 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 물건을 맡길 때도, 찾을 때도 별문제 없이 잘 진행되었습니다.

Storage location was convenient next to bus stop. The actual space itself did not feel super safe, no lock on the door. Drop off worked out fine, just as pick up.

보관 장소는 레스토랑 내부입니다. 맡기려고 할 때 레스토랑이 문을 닫아서 조금 어려웠어요. 가방은 사물함도 없고 계단 바로 앞에 보관되어 있었어요. 가방은 안전했지만 사물함 같은 게 있을 줄 알았어요. 레스토랑 직원이 친절해서 결국에는 잘 해결됐어요. 위치도 좋았어요.

The storage was inside a restaurant. It made it a bit difficult cause we wanted to leave our bags before the restaurant opened, but the storage was open. The storage space was just a small space in front of inside stairs, not a locker as we had expected. Price was a bit high as it was per bag. Usually it is a locker, so we get per locker price. Even per bag, suitcase and backpacks were same price. The staff was friendly and nice, so that was good. It did work out in the end.
