Super convenient location easily accessible between Symphony and Westlake Stations to do all of our downtown exploring. Guys behind the counter were friendly and the process was quick for Dropoff and Pickup. It worked so well on our first day in we also used them for our last day.

We used this service in Seattle because we had 6 hours to kill before our flight. Finding the site on the internet was easy, and then picking a location in Seattle that suited our purpose was straightforward. Once at the location, we showed the QR code, and that was it; we went off to enjoy our day. When we went back to the shop (bag location site), we showed the qr code again, and that was it, very simple. all the time we were kept informed via email and we felt everything was safe.

Book in an app, then drop luggage off. Very easy. Great location, right next to 1 Link Westlake station. And open @9:00am, close at 7:00pm. Friendly staff. Great experience.
