Booking online was very easy and the instructional emails were very helpful, allowing us to find the location next to the Venice bus station at the Piazzale Roma. Unfortunately, the staff present when dropping off & picking up seemed to be very unhappy about something. We weren't expecting big smiles, but glowers & disinterest were a stark contrast to the professional booking experience. At least our cases were safe while we enjoyed our last day & we'd be happy to use again.

Convenient for me. Paid online. As soon as I got out of People Mover station at P. Roma, made a quick left turn and entered the next door. Showed my QR code to attendant who showed me where he stored them. Then I left. When I returned after 4 days, the luggages were still there and it was quick retrieval. The only thing I did not like was that the name of the place was 'Deposito Bagagli'. There was no 'Radical Storage' name, so I wasn't sure if this was legit. But it worked out.
