The location was inside a phone repair store which we were hesitant about at first but it was perfect to keep our bags there and go to the beach while we waited to check in our air bnb. The owner was quick and efficient and our bags were safe.

Online booking with an exact drop-off time is mandatory, and flexible drop-off even costs extra. We booked for 10AM, yet the place was closed when we arrived. Also it was hidden inside a phone shop with no signs- very difficult to spot. Meanwhile nobody answered the listed phone numbers. The person responsible finally appeared 25 minutes late, causing us to miss the infrequent beach bus. He didn’t acknowledge the delay or offer an apology. Disorganised and unreliable. Proceed with caution.

Great service! The owner was friendly and accommodating. We made the most of our time in San Teodoro without having to carry our luggages around with us. Highly recommended!
